We have all been there: Up at 2AM in the morning, still haven’t slept after taraweeh. You’ve got one more hour until Fajr and don’t you want to sleep, having to then get up afterwards. Many Muslims experience this unfortunate cycle! Where they sleep during the day and then stay awake at night. Well, if you didn’t know, there are actually MANY side effects to not sleeping on time and not having enough sleep!
