Amina Khan completed her BA Honours in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behavior from McMaster University in 2014. Amina is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Health Psychology at Walden University. She is a CANfit-PRO Certified Group Fitness Instructor Specialist and Nutrition, Wellness and Weight Loss Coach.
Amina is the creator of the 30-Day Amanah GET FIT Workout Bootcamp, the 7-Day Amanah Jumpstart weight loss program and the Ramadan Reset Academy, which have helped her students lose weight and get back on track with their healthy lifestyles. Amina's goal is to revive health awareness in the Muslim community, after her own 60-pound weight loss journey five years ago.
