Step 3: [Withdraw] Once you have successfully immobilised your attacker, it is essential to know what steps to take in order to withdraw to a place of safety. 

This section of the course includes everything from effective running to alerting passerbys and calling the appropriate authorities. You will also learn how to deal with psychological burden following traumatic encounters. You will hear from psychology and legal experts to ensure post-attack recovery and success.
